As the VP of Operations at AirHelp, she’s been working on improving AirHelp operations, aiming for delighting the customers. Building a team from 0-300 employees in just 4 years, she has gained the experience in developing an internal culture to create customer care processes and best practices, as well as hiring and quality assurance, performance check and driving a team motivation.
